1. In what way and what personal data do we collect and on what legal basis?

We receive your personal data that we collect directly from you, when you decide to
use our transportation services and fill out a specific form to create a specific type
NSMART cards. In accordance with your needs, you opt for one of the offered types
NSMART card, and the data we need to create them are determined by the Ordinance
on how to use the electronic payment system published on our website. All yours
personal information is treated as strictly confidential, and we keep it in an adequate manner.
In accordance with the current legislation, which regulates the protection of personal data, we can
we process your personal data on the following legal grounds:
- when you have given us consent for the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose
processing, whereby you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time
- when we need the processing of your personal data for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract
who you are accessing.

We must also mention that the Rulebook on the manner of using the system is electronic
collection of a specially determined scope of data submitted by minors.

2. Who has access to your data?

In order to protect personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection
the company was on 14.2.2020. concluded a data protection agreement with “BUS
LOGIC DOO POŽAREVAC ”in which way it regulated the manner and conditions of data processing on
persons entrusted to the processor by the operator. It is with this contract
regulated implementation of appropriate protection measures in order to achieve it
appropriate level of security in relation to risk, in accordance with the level of technological
achievements and costs of their application, nature, scope, circumstances and purpose
processing, as well as the probability of occurrence of risk and the level of risk to rights and freedoms
individuals.

3. How long do we keep your data?

As determined by the Rulebook on the manner of using the electronic payment system
the functionality of the plastic NSMART card for a period of three years is the same
maximum retention period of your data. Of course, even before the expiration of the three-year period
we may delete data at your request but we must notify you that u
in that case you cancel the transport service based on the selected NSMART card.

4. Security measures

The server infrastructure of the company enables the reception and storage of all data
electronic ticketing systems and are provided accordingly
infrastructure services, primarily in the field of system security, management
identities and roles, as well as non-functional security requirements
systems (redundancy, backups, etc.), all with the aim of achieving a high degree
system reliability and availability

5. Your rights as data subjects

- to provide you with access to your personal data, to answer for what purposes
use data concerning you, as well as to access such personal data, yes
you know the purpose of the processing, the categories of your personal data that we store and the period during which
we retain data.
- to request the correction of inaccurate, incorrectly entered and / or outdated data;
- to request a restriction on the processing of your data, if you dispute the accuracy of the data
on the person within the period that allows the controller to verify the accuracy of personal data,
if you believe the processing is illegal and do not want the data deleted, if you are
point out an objection or if you think that Tehnomania no longer needs your data;
- to file a complaint in the way we process your data, even in cases
when it is not disputable that we process the data in accordance with the Law;

- to send a complaint to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, in accordance with the Law.
For all additional questions and requests regarding the processing of personal data you can
contact our Personal Data Protection Officer. By the decision on determining the person
authorized for the protection of personal data number 9564, the director of the company was on 10.11.2021.

6. Entry into force and amendment of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective May 25, 2021. years.
